What a physical specimen. Holy-shit.
James O'hara dancing in his own collaboration with Sidi Larbi.
Take 7 min and watch. What will you see?
* Total freedom- the one you cannot buy with money.
* Real mobility. Definitely not useless flexibility. Imagine this guy doing Yoga - he will be leading the class! But now imagine a Yogi trying to do this - now you understand the difference between the two: mobility vs flexibility.
* How much gratification do you think this practice produces? A lifetime. When you are opening DOORS through your movement choices and not WINDOWS - you get big rewards, not just a glimpse of the inside without an ability to step in. James has opened many doors.

How do you get there?
You know what - I'll tell you how you don't:
1. Neutral Spine as much as possible, anything else is bringing you one step closer to injury.
2. Foam rolling - its the secret behind the mobility here, yeah.
3. Lots of static forms and practices. But then one day - you will move! Sure.
4. Only move in optimal alignment OR else. Yeah - the clip is filled with optimal alignment.

Get a dose of reality. Get a dose of movement.
Incredibly inspiring movement clip! (I am not sure about the whole thing artistically, though...)
